Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products, systems and services within a designated market for Southern Vietnam in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the ABB Smart Building solutions for Southern Vietnam market.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drive sales performance by promoting ABB Smart Buildings products, systems, and services to achieve volume, mix, and profitability targets, supported by structured sales plans and regular pipeline reviews.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fully understanding customer needs, delivering solution‑aligned proposals, and ensuring a positive end‑to‑end customer experience.
- Prepare and manage offers and commercial documentation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate technical, financial, and commercial conditions.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, supporting marketing activities and communicating ABB's value proposition across assigned segments.
- Ensure full compliance with ABB values, ethics, safety standards, and internal processes, while collaborating across divisions and regions to resolve customer issues and enable successful project execution.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, with the ability to understand building automation, power distribution, and smart building technologies.
- Prior experience selling Low Voltage Switchgears, BMS, UPS, Circuit Breakers and other Smart Building solutions into Data Center, Commercial and Industrial building segment.
- Strong commercial and portfolio management capability, including account management, pricing excellence, budgeting, and achieving sales performance targets in a competitive environment.
- Proven experience in solution and application‑based selling, particularly selling through panel builders, and influencing contractors, end customers, M&E consultants, and ecosystem partners to drive demand and specification.
- Strategic market and business insight, leveraging market intelligence, business strategy, and go‑to‑market planning to identify growth opportunities and expand ABB's presence.
