Based in Singapore, this role focuses on strengthening sales effectiveness by optimizing processes, tools, insights, and cross‑functional alignment. You will play a key role in enabling sales teams with the resources, data, and systems they need to engage customers effectively and drive sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and global enablement teams, you will help translate strategy into execution while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to plan, design, and execute effective sales campaigns that support business priorities and customer engagement.
  • Establish, analyze, and interpret customer behavior and campaign performance data to generate insights that inform continuous improvement and decision‑making.
  • Lead and develop a team focused on deploying sales enablement tools, content, and resources in alignment with global sales enablement and operations teams.
  • Evaluate sales workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency through tools and technologies, including CRM platforms, digital engagement tools, and related sales technologies.
  • Promote accountability and adoption of sales tools and processes by partnering with sales leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Measurement Solutions business group across the sales and marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Manage the lead‑to‑order process, ensuring supporting systems, data flows, and strategies are aligned and effective.
  • Align sales personas and user scenarios with key toolsets to enhance usability and impact.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging sales technologies to support innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience (6) years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role supporting customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • A strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems
  • The ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional and global teams
  • Experience using sales analytics tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Awareness of industry dynamics, market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, including occasional international travel


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • MBA or other advanced education preferred
  • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams
  • Hands‑on experience selecting, implementing, or optimizing sales enablement tools and technologies
