We have an opportunity for Business Development Manager (Lubricants)
Role: Business Development Manager (Lubricants)
Location - India, Mumbai
Tenure - One Year Contract Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities across automotive and industrial lubricants segments
- Penetrate competitor accounts and convert them
- Develop new distributor partnerships in untapped territories
- Drive aggressive sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Negotiate commercial agreements with a strong margin mindset
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure execution excellence
- Deliver monthly pipeline visibility and growth action plans
- Represent the brand at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums
- Provide real-time market intelligence on pricing, competitor strategies, and channel shifts.
- 10 years in lubricants / automotive / industrial B2B sales
- Proven record of opening new markets and exceeding growth targets
- Strong understanding of distributor economics and channel strategy
- Comfortable challenging customers and negotiating firmly
- Highly mobile and willing to travel frequently across the region
- Self-driven, competitive, and target-obsessed
- Strong commercial acumen with clear margin discipline
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
