Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.

The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification business for the Smart Power division in US Market.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Provide timely warranty support to ABB Sales, ABB Distributors, OEMs, Contractors, and End Users.
• Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB's products/systems/applications.
• Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.

Qualifications for the role

• BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of product knowledge in the design, manufacture, and application of molded case circuit breakers, transformers, residential products, lighting panels, switches, and general-purpose control products.
• High energy level, self-starter, highly analytical, and strong customer service
• BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
