They are looking for a Sales Operations professional to support their Greater China sales organisation.The RoleYou will own sales reporting, pipeline governance, and end-to-end sales administration for the China market. You will work directly with the General Manager and act as the operational backbone of the regional sales team.What You Will DoSales Reporting and Pipeline ManagementOwn daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking for ChinaManage and maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce, including data integrity, deal staging, and leadership visibilityAnalyse pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and support revenue forecastingPrepare business review decks and ad-hoc data analysis for the GM and corporate stakeholdersSales Administration and Operational SupportCoordinate meetings, calendars, travel, expenses, and reimbursements for the sales teamSupport market events, customer visits, and cross-functional logisticsAssist with contract support, order coordination, and sales process complianceSupport onboarding and administrative enablement for new team membersCollaboration and CommunicationServe as the operational link between the China team and global functions including finance, legal, marketing, and operationsManage internal and external meetings across platforms including Google Meet, Zoom, WeChat, Lark, and DingTalkMaintain organised documentation, filing, and process adherence across sales operationsProcess and ProductivityImprove sales workflows, reporting templates, and administrative procedures on a continuous basisManage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced international environmentTake on special projects as directed by the General ManagerWhat You BringBachelor's degree or aboveMinimum 3 years of sales operations or administrative experience in a professional environmentStrong written and spoken English for daily reporting and global collaborationProven experience in sales reporting, pipeline management, and sales analyticsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skillsHands-on experience with Salesforce and Google MeetStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and perform under pressurePreferred BackgroundExperience in the IT industry or within an international corporate environmentFamiliarity with US or European corporate culture and global sales processesPrior experience supporting a General Manager or regional leadership team
