We're looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Managerfor India who drives new opportunities in the printed electronics space. With the capability to lead our gobal innovation projectsend-to-end.
What you'll do
- Identify and execute new business opportunities & trends within the printed electronics industry through outreach, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding needs and to deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with the different SBUs
- Develop and execute strategies to grow market share in India (potentially emerging markets) and achieve business objectives
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, outlining value propositions and negotiating terms to secure new partnerships and contracts
- Plan and manage innovation projects from initiation to completion, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation to meet project goals within financial constraints - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Lead cross-functional global teams and communicate progress, milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders
- University degree in engineering or science. alternatively a business degree with technical exposure
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in chemical or similar industry in sales or project management
- Profound experience in planning, managing and implementing complex projects combined with growth mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and Indian skills, additional languages are a plus
