For our Business Process Excellence Team we are currently recruiting a Sales Excellence Project Manager.

In this role you play a key role in strengthening the sales and service effectiveness of the Poultry organization. Operating within the Business Process Support team, the role supports and monitors sales processes, analyzes operational performance, and ensures that global processes, governance and frameworks are consistently applied.

You act as a vital link between Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain, ensuring commercially sound and timely implementation of product and process changes. This includes overseeing the product portfolio lifecycle and securing accurate pre- and post-calculation processes to drive informed decision-making.

In addition, you lead and participate in tactical and strategic cross-functional projects. Using standard project management and Continuous Improvement methodologies, you drive operational optimization, process improvement and the successful introduction of new technologies across the organization.

Main tasks:

Application of product portfolio management

• Overseeing the product portfolio lifecycle from Launch to End-of-Life.
• Coordinate and review approval processes for 0-series and special products.
• Support the execution of product changes across open opportunities and orders.
• Ensure commercial feasibility and timely implementation of product and process changes across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders.
• Govern and maintain accurate pre- and post-calculation processes for all sales projects.
• Monitor cost variances and drive corrective actions together with Engineering, Supply Chain and Innovation.

Monitoring, maintaining and developing sales business processes

• Lead the review and execution of sales processes for large, complex and high-risk sales projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary review processes to minimize pre- vs post-calculation variances.
• Document project and process milestones, decisions and cross-functional alignment points.
• Build and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules and RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
• Ensure adherence to global governance, frameworks and process compliance requirements.
• Act as a link between Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service, Finance and IT to ensure aligned decision-making and smooth process execution.
• Communicate project status, risks and impacts clearly to stakeholders, including preparing presentations and progress updates.

Driving and executing continues improvement projects

• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary CI initiatives to optimize end-to-end process transfer points within and outside the Poultry organization.
• Apply structured CI tools and change-leadership principles to secure adoption and sustain new ways of working.
• Support systematic project execution using standard project management methodologies and documentation standards.
• Manage risks, issues and change control within improvement projects.
• Contribute to updating and improving process documentation, SOPs and governance standards.

Other tasks associated with the job:

• Assist with (Power BI) reports, Sales KPIs, and other reporting needs.
• Assist in analyze deviations in pre- and post-calculations and identify root causes.
• Supporting the sales and business process team with daily activities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales business process management, program management, or a similar discipline.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma) and applying structured process-improvement techniques.
• Work experience in a technological business environment is a plus.
• Mastery of the English and/or Dutch language in word and writing.
• Experience with SAP/ERP, PLM, Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-oriented collaboration skills, with a proactive and commercial mindset
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and technically adept, with strong planning and prioritization skills
