Position Summary:
If you are a Product Manager - Isolation Valves professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to lead business growth strategies across Emerson's isolation valve portfolio (excluding ball valves) within key industrial segments. You will play a critical role in defining market penetration and specification strategies, enabling sales teams and channel partners, and driving sustainable growth while strengthening Emerson's presence with customers, EPCs, and OEMs.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
You will develop, implement, and execute annual and quarterly product growth plans for the assigned region, aligned with sales objectives and market opportunities. You will be accountable for bookings performance for the isolation product portfolio, in close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and channel partners. You will define and manage regional pricing strategies and agreements, support approved manufacturer list (AML) inclusion, and lead technical specification efforts. You will serve as a technical and application mentor to customers, channel partners, inside sales, and application engineering teams, supporting demand creation through joint customer engagements and sales calls. You will deliver product training, sales enablement, and thought leadership sessions, and support the development of technical literature. You will track key and regional projects using CRM tools, identify total market potential, and provide structured feedback to business units on competitors and market dynamics. You will support territory strategies, lead product troubleshooting when needed, and ensure ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and channel partners. This role includes approximately 30% travel.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Demonstrated experience leading product or portfolio strategies within an industrial or engineered products environment. The ability to engage confidently in technical and commercial discussions in English. Strong capability using standard business tools and CRM systems to manage projects and opportunities. Proven skills in developing account plans, project pursuit strategies, and pricing approaches with a high degree of autonomy. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across sales, engineering, and channel partners.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Deep knowledge of isolation valve applications, customer use cases, and project pursuit methodologies within industrial markets. Experience working with executive stakeholders and translating complex market dynamics into actionable programs and processes. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering customer-facing training or thought leadership sessions. Demonstrated success supporting large projects, EPCs, and OEMs in multi-regional environments.
