Our Client are a leading international engineering organisation specialising in ventilation and safety systems for critical infrastructure, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the Nordic tunnel sector.
The successful candidate will lead business development, manage key accounts, and secure major projects across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. This role combines strategic market leadership with hands‑on sales execution and close collaboration with engineering and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the Nordic sales strategy for tunnel ventilation and safety solutions
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and long‑term partnerships
- Lead tenders, commercial proposals and contract negotiations
- Manage key accounts and represent the client at industry events
- Support project handover and ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration
About You
- Proven sales experience in tunnel ventilation, tunnel systems, or related infrastructure sectors
- Strong track record in winning major tenders or framework agreements
- Technical understanding of ventilation, smoke control or life‑safety systems
- Fluent in English proficiency in a Nordic language (Norwegian/Danish/Swedish)
- Willingness to travel across the region
