As aTechnical Sales Representative you will drive revenue growth by strategically selling Weatherford tools, technologies, and services. You'll collaborate with Country Sales Directors and Operations Managers to deliver accurate revenue forecasts, develop product line strategies, and identify cross-selling opportunities. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Gathers local business intelligence to assess market, identifies opportunities, and provides input into determining growth potential and strategy for the product line in the Geozone
- Identifies and actively pursues strategic business opportunities, where deep technical expertise and capabilities are a differentiator
- Uploads and regular updates of information on owned and/or co-owned opportunities in CRM, as input to revenue forecast
- Identifies and pursues opportunities to upsold to improve gross margin
- Supports post-sale handovers by aligning with operations on delivery requirements
- Stays tuned to changes in customers' needs, technological developments, and market/industry trends. Provides input to inform technology development decisions
- Actively supports deployment of new technologies, including by presenting to customers the benefits of new technology and providing technical support during field trials and other strategic deployments
- Engages with clients' pre-tender, influencing positioning of Weatherford technologies as part of technical needs
- Actively builds customer relationships, identify and/or pursues strategic opportunities to build sales pipelines for the PL in the Geozone, with a focus on opportunities where deep technical expertise and capabilities are a differentiator
- Stays vigilant on competitor performance, win rates, record runs challenges, and wins in local market, reports to local business, PL and Country key information to position Weatherford in proactive mode and growth
- For newly identified leads, enter opportunities into enterprise CRM. For leads identified by other team members, reviews lead information in CRM to ensure technical details are accurately captured
- Contributes to collective ability to identify and develop business opportunities by sharing insights with PL and GZ leadership, sales team and account managers on where technical capabilities create new opportunities
- Early in the engagements process, drives and/or supports customer engagement with technical credibility and solution framing
- In the proposal development stage, owns technical content, differentiation, and spec alignment. In instances of client-specific technical customization, supports design of custom solutions based on client specs and liaises with Global Product SMEs to validate feasibility and performance
- Leads technical reviews, risk analysis, and clarifications
- Assist in forecasting by maintaining data hygiene in CRM (value, probability, close date) for owned opportunities plus by validating risk, feasibility, and technical delivery readiness of all opportunities related to the product line
- At opportunity closure, confirms technical scope, installation, and readiness
- Captures any technical reasons in win/loss feedback, and turns into insights for roadmap input
- Defines base pricing and configuration cost model. In specific proposal pricing/negotiations, supports pricing alignment to technical scope and value
- Presents BSA's technical risks, value drivers, and delivery readiness for product line
- Documents or contribute to documenting product line case studies and technical papers, in support of business development
- Acting as product line SME, assist with addressing technical questions, providing technical input for RCAs, and/or providing technical support to resolve exceptional service delivery issues
- Provides input for product-line specific training and development programs.

- Strong technical knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency with sales tools (SFDC.com, XAIT-Porter)
- Negotiation skills to improve margin performance
- Advanced computer and presentation abilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a related well services role
- 1-3 years' experience in a sales-related position
- Knowledge of Weatherford sales processes, policies, products, and services
- Ability to understand and evaluate cross-product line opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management, or related field (or diploma/certificate with relevant work experience)
- Specific knowledge of Weatherford well services products
- Experience delivering presentations to internal and external clients
