Responsibilities:

• Supervision the Sanitary & HVAC works according to the design documentation and building permit
• Cooperation with the design team, to follow the design progress up, to assist on design optimization
• Quality assurance in accordance with the technical specifications (quality control / reporting)
• Coordination and supervision over subcontractors - if required
• Daily presence on construction site

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Sanitary & HVAC discipline
• Significant experience as Sanitary & HVAC Supervisor (Inspector) on large-sized, complex, industrial projects is essential
• Good English
• Well-developed time management and prioritizing skills
• Project and team management skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

We Offer:

• This is B2B cooperation (business to business), a freelance position.
  You will need to have your own registered company / PFA in order to provide the service and issue invoices for the service.
• Contract for about one year with the possibility of extension.
• Work on the project from Monday to Friday, sometimes also on Saturdays.
