Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior sales and engineering teams in managing customer accounts
  • Assist in analyzing drilling tool performance and preparing technical reports
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
  • Monitor product performance and support data collection from the field
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to support customer needs
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic troubleshooting
  • Learn to evaluate equipment performance and competitor products
  • Support preparation of case studies, run reports, and internal documentation
  • Participate in field activities and gain exposure to rig site operations
  • Assist in logistics coordination and internal operational processes


Qualifications & Skills

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or related field)
  • 0-3 years of experience (internships or relevant projects are an advantage)
  • Exposure to drilling operations or oilfield services
  • Strong interest in technical sales and the oil and gas industry
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English
