- Monitoring China market dynamics and set strategy for nuclear KOB3 business.
- Sales channel management, clear direction and target set for local business partners (LBP) based on Emerson KOB3 strategy.
- KOB3 funnel management to ensure accurate SOP numbers, achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
- Working with LBPs for account management plan development and follow-up to develop long-term cooperation mode with customers
- Process development by working with internal/external teams for KOB3 work standardization.
- Booking numbers monitoring and analyzing for business plan development
- Working with LBPs and internal teams for on-site issue solving
- Other tasks assigned by line manager or company.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Engineering degree preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering or materials.
- 3+ years' experience in instrument, automation, engineer or process industry. Experience in valve sales or nuclear industry is preferred.
- Strategy implement business.
- Good PC literate, interpersonal, effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.

- Customer service/Sales/Negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Problem solving and coordinate skills, Ability to plan and organize.
- Willing to travel frequently on business work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
