JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsabilities:
Drive Revenue and Market Growth
• Deliver on annual sales targets for DBS and associated services
• Develop and execute a focused growth strategy for Brazil
• Build and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline to support short and long term revenue objectives
Customer Engagement and Account Leadership
• Serve as NOV's DBS primary commercial contact for key accounts, establishing trusted, long term relationships
• Engage with customer stakeholders across drilling, completions, reservoir and technology teams
• Identify customer challenges and align NOV solutions to improve drilling performance, efficiency, and data quality
Opportunity Management and Execution
• Lead the full sales process from opportunity identification through contract award
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and product line teams to develop fit-for-purpose solutions
• Ensure clear communication, timely follow up, and disciplined execution throughout the sales cycle
Commercial Discipline
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM reporting
• Support pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability
• Contribute to contract negotiations with a focus on risk management and value delivery
Requisites:
Minimum:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience
• Strong experience in oil & gas sales, account management or drilling related roles
• Experience working with big players within the Brazilian offshore market
• Solid understanding of drilling operations; experience with digital drilling and downhole technologies is an advantage
