Commercial Manager

Main job responsibilities:

  • Understanding terms of the relevant LNG sales-and-purchase agreements (SPA) and terminal use agreements (TUA) and how they protect the company from risk and liabilities
  • Communication with LNG suppliers, terminal operators and has buyers to identify commercial opportunities to increase profitability of the LNG/gas value chain
  • Cooperation with Gas Nomination Scheduler and ADP Scheduler to ensure effective flow of the information within the Company
  • Resolving contractual conflicts with external stakeholders effectively utilizing provisions of the SPA(s) and TUA(s)
  • Administration of the SPA(s) and TUA(s), i.e. price/value calculation and verification, invoice arrangement etc;
  • Preparation of the relevant sales reports & projections as well as data management in the Company's systems

Education:

  • Higher education focused on Economics and/or Business Administration

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years

Other requirements/preferences:

  • English language, Russian preferred
  • Knowledge of the terms/framework of LNG Sale-and-Purchase Agreements and Terminal Use Agreements
  • Skills in development, preparation, acceptance and handover of acts and other documents
