As a SeniorTerritory Manager here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in drivingrevenue growth and guiding the sales efforts in your designated territory. Yourresponsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic salesplans, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends toidentify new business opportunities. Your expertise in sales, guidance, andstrategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance andcontribute to its overall business success and market guidance.

In this role, youwill impact the company significantly. By effectively guiding and managing yourdesignated territory, you will drive revenue growth, expand the customer base,and exceed sales targets. Your ability to develop strategic sales plans, buildstrong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities willposition Honeywell as a guide in the industry and contribute to the company'soverall success and market guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and manage a designated territory,driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets

• Develop and implementstrategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand the customer base

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, insight their needsand providing innovative solutions

• Analyze market trends, competitoractivities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities anddrive continuous improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensureseamless customer onboarding, order processing, and facilitation

• Provideguidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance cultureand driving professional development

• Provide strategic insights and recommendationsto senior management to drive business growth and market guidance

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10 years of experience in sales/consultative sales/final client or a relatedfield

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, consultative sales anddrive revenue growth

• English Proficiency

• Experience with a CRM

• Experience with techindustry (Ex: software, hardware) and working with final clients

• 40% travelavailability

• Strongcommunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• MS Office proficiency

• Forecast and ROIanalysis and presentation
