LeadSales Representative
As a Lead Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for Honeywell Energy& Sustainability Solutions (ESS). Your responsibilities will includemanaging and leading a team of sales representatives, developing and executingsales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers. Yourexpertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact thecompany's sales performance and overall business success.
You will report directly to our Director Sales and you'll work out of ourShanghai/Beijing location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's success by effectively managing andleading a team of sales representatives. You will drive revenue growth andexpand the customer base, contributing to the company's overall financialsuccess. Your ability to build strong relationships with key customers andidentify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a leader in theindustry and drive the company's growth and market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance,coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expandthe customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customeronboarding, implementation, and support
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new businessopportunities

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadershiprole
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders
