Job Summary
The Product BDM is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with deep expertise in their assigned product or solutions portfolio and how they can address customer needs. In coordination with the Account Managers, BDMs will engage with experts and decision makers in our customer's organization positioning the value of our offering and will take ownership of the pursuit of the identified business opportunities. They will support account managers in customer presentations, demonstrations, proposals, return on investment calculations and test installations, and will also independently manage specific project opportunities.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Opportunity Identification and Creation: Identify or build and pursue new business opportunities for the assigned products or solutions, both independently and in collaboration with account managers.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a counterpart for customer's subject matter experts and coordinate with account managers to ensure relationships are established with the necessary collaborators. Own the technical discussion with customer's experts, and enable the selling process with customer presentations, providing expert knowledge and insights into how our products can solve customer problems.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings and how they can address customer needs and challenges.
- Demonstrations and Installations: Conduct product demonstrations and manage test installations to showcase the value and efficiency of our solutions.
- Project pursuit: Independently manage and pursue specific project opportunities, from initial contact through to successful PO. Align with PMO office on implementation and follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and other internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts and opportunities.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and keep our offerings competitive.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to advise product development and improve our solutions and services.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities, opportunities, and project progress in CRM systems.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Engineering degree or comparable technical education
- At least 5+ years sales experience in the industrial market.
- Strong personality with the ability to connect with all levels within and outside of the organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel in the region and international
- Driving license
- Be a committed, self motivated, results driven sales person.
- Be a great teammate willing to work with other sales people in the region and globally.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- A Possessing technical expertise in pressure, temperature, and level transmitters.
- Having technical knowledge of Tank Gauging systems and software.
- Experience working with data analysis tools (such as Power BI) to make data-driven decisions.
- Competence in market analysis and performance metrics.
