Environmental Scientist - New Graduate

Our highly respected and successful Environmental Permitting and Management team has an ever-growing portfolio of work, built on technical excellence and exceptional service to our clients, with a particular need for support on our transportation, infrastructure, and power projects.

We're looking for an enthusiastic new Environmental graduate to be part of our team. Whether it's supporting environmental assessments, planning an alternative infrastructure corridor to avoid a particular ecosystem, or determining wider impacts on the environment, you'll be working with colleagues recognized in the industry for their end-to-end solutions. Your role within the team:

As a new Environmental graduate at AtkinsRéalis, you could put your skills to work in these key areas:

• Environmental assessment, project planning, permitting, engagement & consultation, construction management & environmental monitoring

• Environmental compliance, liability management & reduction, reclamation and restoration
• Climate change and sustainability

• Biology and ecological studies
• Water (physical and contaminant hydrogeology)

The ideal candidate

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering or other science equivalent (graduation between April 2024 and August 2025);

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
