This Position reports to:
R&D Department Lead

Your role and responsibilities

• Working as part of the Drive Product Servo R&D department as the team leader role.
• Management of the whole team including system testing for product quality ensure and the advanced technical support provided to front end.
• Leading the whole team for the planning and execution of related tasks.
• Team people management including the team competence/resource development and team members' personal development.
• Actively collecting feedback from market with also fast response to front end solving all possible field issues.
• Testing cases continuously improvement/enhancement to ensure product delivery quality.
• Actively drive test automations for testing quality and release efficiency.
• Driving for related process definition and optimizations including internal system testing and also front end technical support activities.
• Close collaboration with different functions and interface within and out of Servo RD organization.
• Supporting R&D manager and together with other leaders for the whole R&D organization management.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation is preferred
• Working experiences > 5 years
• Experience of industrial applications, especially motion control products is needed
• Experience of system level and application related testing for product releases, with testing automation knowledge.
• Strong PLC or motion controller product related knowhow and application knowledge.
• Be familiar with development processes.
• Good organization/communication skills and be logical.
• Be active and initiative for driving things forward, good on execution and implementation
• Good English communication skills, English as working language.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, a few weeks per year
• Team leader experiences in the past.
• Experience of working in a scrum environment / development team
• Understanding of SW testing and test automation
• International experience (work or study)
• Mobility
