Job Description:

Lead shift team to execute daily lab work and ensure all shift activities fully compliance with plant safety and quality policy.

Conduct test on raw materials, in process products and finish products to ensure the products release in time.

Record test data to ensure compliance with data integrity requirements.

Handle technical problem in testing activities and ensure the tests are performed properly.

Conduct internal check and maintenance of lab equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability.
