This Position reports to:
SW Team Leader

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.
• Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.
• Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.
• Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly proficient in .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and Azure DevOps, and thrive in the dynamic environment of software development
• You are highly adept in using Visual Studio, Git, SQL Server, Azure Cloud Services, and modern development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
• You are passionate about problem-solving, clean code principles, and mentoring junior developers, and you are innovative around team collaboration, continuous improvement, and software architecture.
• You have a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system integration.
• You are at ease communicating in Czech and English (B2 level or higher)
