This Position reports to:
R&D Global Unit Lead

In this role you will lead and manage the execution of one or more R&D projects in B U High Power Rectifiers (HPR) . You will c oordinate work of cross-functional project teams , l ead in partnership with business managers, steering groups, product m anagement and external parties and ensure value creation.

In addition to strong conceptual ization skills, you bring proven strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and ability to communicate clearly and to constructively collaborate in an agile environment across different functions and disciplines.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Planning, monitoring, and maintaining R&D project plans, ensuring smooth progress against goals, milestones, and budgets.
• Preparing and coordinating monthly R&D project reporting in the NORRD platform.
• Providing ongoing administrative and organizational support to the R&D Team Lead and R&D teams.
• Coordinating GATE meetings, project reviews, and maintaining clear, up-to-date project documentation.
• Supporting effective project governance, stakeholder communication, and the adoption of agile and lean R&D practices.

Qualifications for the role:

• A M . Sc . degree in engineering sciences , or equivalent.
• Over 5 years' experience in project management in industrial R&D environment, preferably with experience in process industries and/or power electronics .
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, marked by a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong know-how and experience in s etting up effective project governance and communication strateg ies , as well as consolidating agile and lean execution with structured business decision processes.
• Up-to-date knowledge and demonstrated experience in agile and lean project management practices .
• Active knowledge of digital tools for project management, ideation and project team engagement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross -cultural environment .
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Other language knowledge is an advantage .
