This Position reports to:
Technology Development Manager

R&D Engineer - Robotic system testing

Responsibilities

• Robot-centric automated application test, robot programming, machine vision use and test, software development and deployment for robotics related applications. Feedback the mechanical, electrical and software problems encountered in the testing process of new product solutions, and give reasonable suggestions to solve the problems together.
• Robot application test.
• Software product technical support and troubleshooting.
• Software site deployment.
• Software product use training, document organization, etc.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Major in engineering, industry automation, computer, software or electrical

Experience

• More than three years working experience as technical support, service engineer, commissioning engineer, software engineer in automation industry.
• Skilled in the operation and programming of ABB industrial robots.
• Extensive experience in machine vision deployment and debugging, covering both 2D and 3D vision systems.
• Solid hands-on experience in electrical commissioning; familiar with PLC and servo control systems.
• Some experience in PC software deployment is preferable
• English is fluent in reading and writing, and spoken English is preferable
• Familiar with a high-level language programming, C#, C++, Phthon , VB, VC, etc., knowledge of ASP.NET CORE is preferred
• Be able to adapt to short business trips
