This Position reports to:
MOSE and BL Digital R&D Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

In this global role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Agile Solution Train of your remote asset health solution with key functions reporting to you. Each day, you will guide your teams to develop the program increments to maximize end customer value. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the integration with customer systems in close collaboration with the software architects and customer success teams.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business and Service Division in Bangalore India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Solution Train using various tools, such as MS DevOps, the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators
• Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and p rogram Increments (PIs)
• Facilitate PI p lanning readiness by fostering a c ontinuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a v ision, a r oadmap, and b acklogs, and through p re- and p ost-PI p lanning meetings
• Facilitate the PI planning event .
• Summarize program PI objectives into s olution PI o bjectives (the STE) and publish them for visibility and transparency . Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities
• Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary c oach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
• Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle
• Budgeting the development activities and secure proper staffing

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline or Computer Science with 15-20 years of Experience.
• Strong coaching and servant leadership skills
• Profound agile development experience
• Extensive work experience and proven track record in project or program management
• Experience in Quality Management and software testing with experience in multicultural and global settings
• Ability to convincingly present technical progress on highest management level
• Proficiency in English language, professional level
• PMP, Scrum or SAFe certificate is a plus
