This Position reports to:
R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for Research and Development (R&D) employees and support them in achieving the agreed R&D targets. Each day, you will coach and develop the team. You will also showcase your expertise by helping in managing technologies, platforms, and Intellectual Property.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Distribution Solutions Division in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Responsible for Analysis, Design and Development of Product features for Connectivity Packages.
• Demonstrates sound understanding and usages of R&D processes and tools. Align with assigned targets (time, cost, quality) and complete project deliverables.
• Lead and collaborate well with the team, to deliver the Product releases on time, with good quality. Should have good communication skills.
• Propose innovative solutions for customer requirements.
• Design and implement Product features based on requirements.
• Based on MRS, define product features, maintaining UI/UX design concepts.

Qualifications for the role:

• BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech, Computer Science/ Electrical or/Electronics and communication / Electronics and Instrumentation with 10 to 15 years' experience in Software development using .NET technologies, preferably using C# .NET, WinForms and WPF.
• Strong object-oriented programming and design skills
• Expert in Designing and development skills in C#\WPF.NET with knowledge in SCADA system (communication with IEC61850), Azure
• Should be innovative in nature with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have good knowledge on design concepts also analyze and provide estimation based on complexity of the tasks.
• Responsible to provide input for Technical documentation and online help.
• Should be able to provide inputs for creating test cases, for customer requirements.
• Familiarity with continuous integration using GIT.
