Your role and responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Conduct research and technology development in the field of AI and NLP for industrial applications, to provide solution of customer service chatbot optimization, production optimization, and AI solution of drive and motors.
• Algorithm research, development, and implementation in line with specific application case.
• Track cutting-edge technology in industrial AI. Scan local science and technology progress in drives and motors.
• Build long-term collaborations with global research teams and local academic societies. Execute research projects and keep communicating and networking with all related stakeholders.

Qualifications for the role

• Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Good at programming languages, e.g. Python and familiar with Tensorflow or PyTorch framework.
• Experiences of the following areas is a plus:
  • Large language model development and application
  • Publications in the field of AI in famous journals or conferences.
  • AI solution in the field of industrial sector.
• Self-motivated, high curiosity and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in both oral and written English
