Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Research and development of innovative concepts and enabling technology for fault detection, diagnosis and prognosis in electric motors and drivetrain systems.
2.Advanced system engineering and algorithm design for the related areas, for example signal processing, vibration analysis, machine learning, AI-based diagnostics, and so on.
3.Prototyping, testing, and validation of new diagnostic solutions and tools through simulation and experimental setups.
4. Cooperation with global and local production development and engineering teams to analyze requirements, transfer technology, and assess market potential new solutions.
Qualifications for the Role
1. Advanced technical degree (M.S., ideally Ph.D) , major in Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2. Hands-on research experience in fault diagnosis or predictive maintenance is a strong plus.
3.Good communication and presentation skills in English .
4. Proficiency in programming for data analysis, modeling, and algorithm development, such as python, c#, and so on.
5. A team player with high level of initiative for global cooperation and knowledge-sharing.
6.Passion for innovation, strong problem-solving skills, and open-minded approach with keen interest in new technologies to drive change in industrial maintenance paradigms.
Professional Experience & Skills:
-Strong knowledge in motor theory, drivetrain system mechanics, and a good understanding of their applications in industrial settings
-Profound knowledge of signal processing techniques applied to fault diagnosis, such as time-frequency analysis, filtering, and feature extraction
-Practical experience with current, vibration, acoustic signal analysis is a plus.
-International study, work, or collaboration experience is a plus
-Initiative and ability to lead research projects and contribute to the implementation of research results in an industrial environment
