Your role and responsibilities

The ideal candidate should be a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with 6-8 years of experience in Windows & Linux application Testing. Applicants should possess thorough familiarity with software testing procedures and extensive experience using different testing methods. The candidate should be able to manage their own tasks and perform network configuration. Knowledge of process automation.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Knowledge of Industrial Automation systems and processes.
• Experience with OPC protocols such as OPC AE, OPC DA, and OPC UA.
• Exposure to Historian systems and Time Series Databases.
• Familiarity with data collection, storage, and analysis in industrial historian databases.

Qualifications for the role:

• Substantial practical experience with Azure DevOps encompassing test plan development, environment setup and maintenance, automated testing with C# and Selenium, and application release processes.
• Good working knowledge of Operating Systems including Windows, Linux, and virtual environments.
• Experience in Functional and Non-functional testing across enterprise applications.
• Solid experience with database and performance testing, concentrating on time-series data ingestion and retrieval.
• Practical experience developing and supporting test frameworks and applying server-side and API testing strategies.
• Experience in Kubernetes and container-based testing, including deploying and managing test environments in Kubernetes clusters.
• Skilled at creating CI/CD pipelines for automated testing with GitLab CI and Azure DevOps, together with a commitment to delivering results, teamwork and collaboration, personal initiative, and intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness.
