Your role and responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to set up and execute tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements focus on EMC tests. Each day, you will perform your tasks or activities using skills and techniques as well as a practical understanding of concepts used in the field of technology. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper documentation of the test results.

Work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Supporting the planning and implementation of test plans, from prototypes to final products.
• Coordinating maintenance activities related to equipment and tools used in the laboratory.
• Identifying and suggesting improvements to testing methods, with a particular focus on EMC ones.
• Assisting internal and external certification processes during testing activities for ABB.

Qualifications for the role

• You enjoy working with science and technology, supported by a strong technical background.
• Master's degree in Electronics, Automation, Physics Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Demonstrated experience in EMC testing and knowledge of relevant IEC standards (IEC 61000-4, IEC 61000-6, IEC 61543, IEC 61326) will be considered a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Power BI will be considered a plus.
• You are comfortable communicating in Italian and fluent in English.

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico

Minimum annual salary: € 33.000,00

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
