Activities
As a Maintenance Functional Planner, you will play a pivotal role in developing, reviewing, and issuing the Maintenance Functional Plan, spanning from a 5-year outlook to execution, in alignment with the Integrated Asset Plan. You will work closely with Planning & Coordination teams and Maintenance discipline teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of maintenance activities. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and enhancing safety and operational performance to meet Group standards, supporting the implementation of new organizational structures and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness, and providing expert guidance on maintenance planning and execution to ensure optimal asset performance. This role demands a proactive approach to improving maintenance strategies and a commitment to achieving excellence in asset management.

Candidate Profile
Your background
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant industry experience in Asset Management specifically Maintenance and Outage planning.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling processes and use of Primavera and SAP
- Structured, quality-conscious, and process-oriented with a results-driven approach
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with many different stakeholders
- Approachable, good listening and communication skills
- Language: Fluency in English.
