The Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Manager will be primarily responsible for the implementation and execution of Weatherford's global repair & maintenance strategy of service assets and tooling. The role will drive harmonization of execution processes, inventory, and asset management utilization, identify opportunities for activity multi-skilling, to deliver a contemporary and cost-efficient repair & maintenance system which forms part of a single delivery model for Weatherford's global oilfield services operations.
