This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

1.Implement equipment maintenance to ensure effective and reliable of equipment. 2. Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance work according to job work lists and agreed schedule. Keep the machines in good condition. 3. Develop and implement Maintenance Management Master Plan to improve and develop maintenance process through process tools. Such as RCM, RCA, FTA, KPI's etc. 4. Manage the urgent trouble shooting of equipment, tool and critical factory facility, in order to shorten the break down time. 5. Provide the assistance or manage equipment installation and commissioning. Make sure all jobs done safely. 6. Feedback and findings in time when maintenance work and improvement PM. 7. Support spare parts management work. 8. Supervise and support the subcontractor service on the site and make sure their work done follows contract required and their behavior comply with ABB policy. 9. Other works assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications for the role

• 1. More than 3 years working experience in equipment management.
• 2. College education or above, Mechanical engineering, electrical automation or relevant field
• 3. Good communication skill and Basic English skill.
• 4. Good computer operation skills & Familiar with office software tools.
• 5. Electrician Certificate, HV/LV working certificate is a plus.
