General Maintenance & HVAC Technician 2 - Full time position; requires valid Texas Driver's License, five years of construction and HVAC/R repair experience or 1 year certificate from college or technical school training in construction/HVAC/R repair and 3 years of construction experience. Must have EPA Refrigerant Certification -Type1 & Type 2. Responsible for supervising and performing air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, installation and repair, and other construction work. Must be able to organize and perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance service programs and assist in balancing electrical, cooling, air, and heating loads. Must be familiar with DDC Control Systems. Hourly pay range for position is $27.44 - $32.67; rate will be based on experience.
