Job Purpose

• Supervise and leads general maintenance staff for onshore and offshore job locations ;
• Orders and controls materials required for general maintenance;
• Advice on upgrade of company's building facilities and general maintenance equipment;
• Maintaining and monitoring of field buildings architectural, plumbing and sewage system. Advise any repairs / upgrade to keep company's assets;
• Ensures that all activities are executed according to standards and safety policies;
• T rains and develops of subordinate staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead general maintenance foreman, general technicians, carpenters, plumbers and builders for onshore and offshore locations. Ensuring quality of all work carried out is as per specification and standards which fit for purpose;
• Receiving and distributing work requests and engineering packages to different work groups for efficient and safe execution;
• Selection and preparing the material and equipment to carry out the required work, from groups of subordinate employees;
• Initial control the quality of work performed by general maintenance team;
• Preparation, interpretation and explanation of work documentation to team;
• Preparation, checking and endorsing of job/project documents related to compliance;
• When required, conduct toolbox talk prior to start job. Explain clear scope of work and safety precautions to personnel;
• Controls PTW system related to general maintenance works and identify remarks if any;
• Follow RA and JSA for carrying the routine and critical activities to ensure safety;
• Knowledge and application of safe work methods, which applicable for general maintenance work according to Construction's norms of Turkmenistan (SNT) and United System of labour safety management (USLSM);

Education

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher Technical Education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on technical positions.
• Knowledge of the norms, rules and standards for carrying out construction and maintenance works;
• Knowledge languages (English, Turkmen & Russian);
• Computer literate.
