Ad-Hoc Offshore Electrical Technician (HV/LV)

We are seeking skilled Electrical Technician for an ad-hoc offshore opportunity in the UKCS.

Role Overview

• Assist the Lead Engineer with retrofitting Low Voltage Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) and refurbishing Switched Fuse/Contactor drives.
• Support the Operations Director in retrofilling Air Circuit Breaker Units and performing HV Circuit Breaker maintenance.
• Work on-site in offshore environment, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience on electrical switchgear (HV & LV circruit breakers and contactors).
• Retrofitting: Ability to retrofit existing electrical systems effectively.
• Candidates must hold current valid: Offshore Survival Certification, BOSIET, MIST (OPITO approved), Offshore Medical.
• Escape Chute Certification required for one of the roles.
