This position reports to

Testing & Laboratory Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Within the Electrification division, you will be working at our Chassieu plant, where electrical contactors are manufactured. As a member of the Laboratory team, your main responsibilities will include: • Leading and implementing test plans, setting priorities, and optimizing resource allocation • Training and supporting new team members in testing operations and procedures • Managing, verifying, and updating technical documents • Suggesting improvements to testing methods based on your expertise and industry trends • Assisting external certification inspectors during testing of ABB products and customer products • Ensuring prototypes are properly assembled, tests are conducted correctly, and activities are thoroughly documented

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial testing, with expertise in laboratory equipment (oscilloscope)
• Proficiency in test bench development and supplier management
• B2 level in English required
