ENGIE Operation and Maintenance Services is responsible for operating and maintaining the pipelines of TAG, a company acquired by the group in 2020. With the acquisition of TAG, ENGIE owns the most extensive natural gas transportation network in the country, with 4,500 km crossing 10 states and 191 municipalities

MISSION:

Supervise your work teams and the operation and maintenance activities of the assets outside the boundaries of the compression stations, mainly but not limited to the pipeline right-of-way, valves installed in the main and branch pipelines, cathodic protection rectifiers, gas analyzers, flow meters, installed instrumentation, grounding grids, and asset infrastructure (fences, gates, accesses), to meet the contractual requirements of gas volume and process parameters, equipment availability, within the planned cost for each compression station, and above all, complying with and meeting legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment that make up the plants' machinery park.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that the processes and procedures used in the operation, inspection, and maintenance of systems and assets involving the pipeline right-of-way and gas stations are technically approved for conducting interventions and executing tasks and stages of the installed stationary equipment.
• Ensure in the strategic planning of your areas, the human, financial, and technical resources for carrying out the tasks and stages involving the compression process and maintenance of your equipment.
• Communicate in a structured manner within your team, the progress of the business plan involving expense control, quality indicators, cost indicators, and mainly HSE indicators.
• Develop and train your team in technical and behavioral competencies aligned with the demands of meeting contractual requirements and also Engie's values.
• Monitor your business plan and, if necessary, correct its direction through short/medium-term actions aiming to achieve your expense goals.
• Identify and foster within your team the search for improvement opportunities.
• Maintain an agile and transparent flow of information with your peers, regional leadership, and management, reporting deviations, personal accidents, technical unavailability, interruptions, or unplanned events that affect your employees or equipment of your systems.
• Act with ethics, respect, and transparency, respecting everyone's differences and using diversity as an advantage within your structure and organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Background: Technician, Technology, or Engineering.
• Field of Study: Mechanics or Electromechanics.
• Experience with gas transportation, management of operation teams in oil and natural gas installations.
• Availability for national travel.

DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE:

• Budget control and management (capex, opex, etc.), MS-Project or similar and Office package, Oracle.
• Preparation of managerial presentations for goal deployment and KPIs.
• Knowledge of the operation of compression systems with drivers and reciprocating compressors, in safety systems and PSV valves, BDV, detectors, and control valves, in operational cost planning, expense control, investment planning.
• Knowledge of TPM, 5S, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis of problems.
• Knowledge in measurement systems, NR13, NR10, RTDT, RTSGI.
• Experience in commissioning, testing, and startup of compression systems
