Maintenance Technician - HVAC

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical trades.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on laundry, kitchen, refrigeration, and fan coil systems.
• Assist with locksmith services (re-keying, hardware installation, key duplication).
• Support small renovation projects (drywall, ceilings, cove base installation).
• Maintain accurate records, safe work practices, and compliance with OSHA and building codes.
• Train and support new staff as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting (HVAC required).
• Knowledge of water, steam, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand local building codes.
• Must lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders/stairs.
• Pool Operator license preferred.
