What You'll Do:

• Teach and inspire online students in Electrical or HVAC.
• Host live virtual sessions weekly, using Canvas to engage and track progress.
• Provide real-world insights and encouragement to future trades professionals.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and grades to support student success.
• Keep your skills sharp while shaping the next generation.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3-5 years of recent, practical experience in Electrical or HVAC.
• Comfortable with online learning platforms (Canvas preferred).
• Passionate about helping others succeed.

Physical Requirements:

You may stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hands-on lab environments with moving parts, mechanical equipment, or weather conditions.
