Rotation Equipment Supervisor - Antwerp
We are currently recruiting four positions to support our operations on a new large-scale project in Antwerp.
Project Overview:
The scope of work will focus on precommissioning and commissioning activities for a new petrochemical complex in Lillo (Antwerp), Belgium. The facility will consist of an ethane cracker along with associated outside battery limit infrastructure.
Key Details:
Start date: Mid-September
Duration: At least 12 months
Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Leave policy: Every 3 months, employees will be granted 15 days of unpaid leave

Main Responsabilities
- Supervise the execution of mechanical works in the field during maintenance activities, installations, or technical shutdowns, ensuring compliance with technical and safety procedures.
- Coordinate work teams, both internal and subcontracted, assigning tasks and ensuring effective communication with project management.
- Verify the availability of technical resources, materials, and tools before the start of activities.
- Monitor deadlines and execution quality, ensuring that the work is completed on time and in accordance with established standards.
- Identify and report technical issues or deviations to the area manager or superintendent.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols, implementing preventive measures in the workplace.
