Ben jij een technisch onderlegde projectmanager met een passie voor het onderhouden en optimaliseren van complexe gebouwomgevingen? Voor een toonaangevende organisatie zoeken wij een Maintenance Project Manager Technische Gebouwinstallaties die zowel onderhoudsprojecten als technische verbetertrajecten van A tot Z begeleidt.

Functie omschrijving

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en uitvoeren van technische projecten én het opzetten en aansturen van het onderhoudsbeleid. Je zorgt ervoor dat productiehallen, kantoorruimtes en buitenterreinen technisch optimaal functioneren en toekomstbestendig blijven.

Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders, externe leveranciers en technische specialisten om projecten en onderhoudswerkzaamheden soepel te laten verlopen.

Functie vereisten

• Leiden van projecten op het gebied van HVAC, elektrotechniek, beveiliging en werktuigbouwkundige installaties
• Opstellen en uitvoeren van onderhoudsplannen voor gebouwen en installaties
• Bewaken van budgetten, planningen en kwaliteit van leveranciers
• Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en certificeringseisen
• Technische vraagstukken vertalen naar praktische oplossingen

Wat breng je mee?

• Een opleiding richting Bouwkunde, Installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar
• Meerdere jaren ervaring als projectmanager en/of maintenance manager in een technische omgeving
• Kennis van gebouwgebonden installaties en onderhoudstechnieken
• Vaardigheid in het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en bestekken
• Oog voor detail, kwaliteit en veiligheid
