Position Mission: Generate and follow up on the Operations and Maintenance Purchase Order process, manage payments to vendors performing activities for the area, as well as to suppliers of goods and services. Administrative and statistical control of various activities such as emergency response, SASISOPA, material inventories, follow-up on work orders in SAP PM, received PPD memos, etc.
Your Impact: Reception and follow-up of estimates, ensuring their entry into the system, creation of purchase requisitions (Solped), purchase orders, and goods receipts required by the department.

Requirements: To join our team as " Operations and Maintenance Assistant", we are looking for:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in administration or finance, engineering, business or technical degree in administration.
- Technical Skills: Office and SAP proficiency, standard vehicle handling, valid license.
- Key Competencies: Activity control, problem analysis, oral communication, teamwork, organization and planning, working under pressure, decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation, adherence to policies and procedures, focused on safety, analytical skills, process focus, results focus, and goal achievement.
- Languages: Basic English
