Position Summary EnerStar is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-driven, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced field environment. The technician will support rig moves, new setups, rig releases, and infield repairs and services for EnerStar clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and client site regulations
• Uphold and promote EnerStar’s Guiding Values
• Maintain regular communication with the Lead Service Technician and Field Service Supervisor
• Interact professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality
• Ensure all service tickets are signed before leaving the job site
• Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality service at client locations
• Support quality assurance initiatives and represent EnerStar positively
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Travel Requirements This position requires flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to support field operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability and willingness to wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
• Availability for on-call shifts, nights, and weekends
• Willingness to travel out of town as required
• Proficiency with electronic tools and software (smartphones, computers, metering devices)
• General handyman skills (preferred but not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
• Clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safety and multitasking
