Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Technician to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a cable production facility. This role includes setting up and running machines such as rewinders, tapelines, extruders, and braiders, with the potential to operate multiple units simultaneously. Additional responsibilities include cable repair, splicing, and performing quality assurance tasks in compliance with engineering specifications and ISO standards.

Work Schedule:
- Rotating shifts: 4 days on / 3 days off, then 3 days on / 4 days off
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, monitor, and operate various manufacturing equipment
- Perform cable repair, patching, and splicing as needed
- Conduct quality assurance checks per engineering and ISO requirements
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- Operate material handling equipment and overhead cranes (certification may be required)
- Read and interpret routine instructions and perform basic math calculations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience (machine training provided)
- Familiarity with measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred background in manufacturing or industrial operations
