At Dior, we are looking for a Retail Maintenance Project Manager to join our Retail Facilities team in Paris within the Real Estate & General Services Department.
The Retail Facility Management team plays a key role in maintaining our boutiques in excellent condition. It defines and implements processes and standards for all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as maintenance projects across Europe.
The team oversees maintenance operations, budgeting, project planning, cost control, quality, and efficiency initiatives, ensuring that all Dior boutiques reflect Maison's highest standards of excellence.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Retail Facility Manager Europe, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all maintenance projects across Dior's European retail network.
Acting as a central point of contact between Facility Managers, Retail Operations, Architecture, and other key stakeholders, you will ensure technical excellence, brand integrity, and operational continuity across the network.
With a strong focus on project management, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you will contribute to the harmonization of maintenance standards, the optimization of resources, and the implementation of sustainable practices aligned with Maison's strategic goals.

Maintenance & Minor Works Projects :
• Serve as the main coordination point and reference for all maintenance and minor works projects across Europe, supporting local Facility Managers.
• Lead and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with both central and local retail priorities.
• Coordinate all phases from project request to completion, managing schedules, budgets, and performance with transparency and efficiency.
• Ensure the sourcing, production, and installation of boutique elements are carried out in compliance with brand guidelines, cost efficiency targets, and sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate with local Facility Managers to ensure technical compliance and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee and ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and seamless operational handover.
Cross-Functional Coordination :
• Act as a liaison between Architecture, Design, Visual Merchandising, Legal, IT, Sustainability, Procurement, and Retail teams.
• Consolidate and support local Facility Managers' needs, ensuring smooth coordination and consistent project alignment.
• Collaborate with the Architecture and Design teams to integrate maintenance feedback and technical insights early in project development.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and local partners to guarantee compliance with Dior's quality standards.
• Liaise with the Legal department on contractual and regulatory matters, and with Finance and Sustainability teams on cost efficiency, energy performance, and environmental initiatives.
Maintenance Operations :
• Contribute to the development and harmonization of maintenance policies and best practices.
• Ensure consistent application of technical specifications and performance standards across markets.
• Monitor and share maintenance KPIs across Europe to ensure compliance with governance.
• Act as a key reference for the maintenance ticketing system and support the deployment of the new ticketing system for store interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, budgets, and contracts with full traceability.
• Support local teams in preventive maintenance oversight and environmental reporting.
• Promote and contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives across the network.
Minimum 5 years in retail construction, facility management, or project management.
Proven experience in leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
Technical expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes, retail fit-out, maintenance, safety, and regulatory standards (ERP).
Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel; strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; organized, responsive, and service-oriented, with a capacity to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Mobility: Valid driving license; willingness to travel across Europe.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages like Italian are a plus.
