• Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair field instruments such as pressure transmitters, level sensors, flow meters, pH/DO/ORP analyzers, temperature sensors, and gas detectors. • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in instrumentation and control systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS). • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance tasks based on schedules and work orders. • Maintain proper documentation of calibration reports, maintenance activities, and instrument history. • Assist in commissioning and integration of new instrumentation and control systems. • Ensure accurate loop checking and function testing of instrumentation systems. • Adhere to safety procedures and company standards during maintenance activities. • Support in control panel inspections, wiring checks, and system diagnostics. • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams for coordinated maintenance tasks. • Identify faulty equipment and suggest replacement or upgrades as needed. • Education: Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field. • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance, preferably in water or sewage treatment plants or industrial automation environments. • Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of instrumentation principles and control systems. Hands-on experience with field instruments and control panels. Basic knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems and industrial automation. Ability to read P&ID, loop diagrams, and instrument manuals.
