About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Technician to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, switchgear, control panels, and emergency systems
• Inspect and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, HVAC systems, and other operational areas
• Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment and Work areas.
• Comply with JEMS and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest complaints, ensuring timely resolution

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Trade Person.
• Have at least a grade 10 level in education with a good moral background in his educational attainment.
• Possess software competencies - Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
• Demonstrate good oral and written communication is an advantage.
• Have 1+ years of experience in the technical department.
