The Maintenance Technician will also perform preventive maintenance (PM) and facilities upkeep, with flexibility to adjust task sequences based on changing work situations.

- Install, maintain, and repair industrial shop equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform equipment and facilities maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Execute HVAC maintenance, including changing belts and filters, to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow standard work and operational routines while adapting to dynamic work situations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the quality of work and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment)
- This position requires U.S. citizenship status.
Desired Characteristics:
- Proven mechanical, diagnostics, and HVAC experience, including routine maintenance tasks.
- Ability to perform equipment and facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) work.
- HVAC maintenance experience, including changing belts and filters.
- HVAC repair certification for advanced diagnostics and maintenance capabilities.
- Experience with Maximo or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Machine shop experience to support tool-making and equipment repairs.
- Haas equipment certification for specialized machinery maintenance.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to rearrange task sequences based on changing priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to team success.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive to identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
