Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Double Day Shifts - Up to £44,000 Overtime

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on aluminium die casting machines and CNC machinery (metal components).
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including transformers, motors, sensors, relays, and inverters.
• PLC fault finding - read inputs/outputs and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and facility electrical maintenance.
• Occasional robotics maintenance.

What We're Looking For

• Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Strong electrical bias with proven experience in industrial maintenance.
• PLC fault finding skills (inputs/outputs).
• CNC machine maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Bonus Skills

• PLC programming experience.
• Robotics maintenance exposure.

What's On Offer

• Salary: Up to £44,000 DOE.
• Shifts: Double Days
  • Week A: Mon-Thurs 6:00-14:00, Fri 6:00-13:15
  • Week B: Mon-Thurs 13:30-21:30, Fri 12:30-19:00
• Overtime: Time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays.
